They are considered Essential Amino Acids as they cannot be synthesized in the body.

Suggested Use:

This is great stuff, really helps with my recovery and reduces my DOMS dramatically to the point where I can train more often. The lemon lime flavor is really good, especially for BCAAs - I've had other brands that were overpowering and sickly to mask the taste of the BCAAs but this one isn't like that at all, I can happily drink it intra-workout something I couldn't do with other brands.
